Confidence & Movement Program

The Confidence & Movement Programme is a structured coaching programme designed to help you build confidence, improve emotional control, and develop stronger discipline through movement.

This programme goes beyond the weekly session by providing personalised guidance, structured progress, and ongoing support throughout the week.

What's Included

1 x 1-to-1 movement coaching session per week (45–60 minutes)

Weekly progress reflection to track improvements​

Structured weekly challenges to build discipline and confidence​

Direct support during the week for guidance and accountability​

Ongoing encouragement and mentoring to support long-term progress

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be fit before starting?

No. Sessions are designed for beginners and those returning to exercise. The focus is progress, consistency and confidence. Not perfection!

Where do sessions take place?

Our private 1-to-1 sessions take place in the Black Flag Gym based in Worcester.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions usually last for 60 minutes.

Can I switch programs?

Yes, you can upgrade from Movement Coaching to the Confidence & Movement Programme at any time. Just let us know!
