Founded by a movement coach who believes confidence starts with action, TBfit provides private coaching sessions designed to help both adults and young people develop self-belief, resilience, and healthier habits through movement.

For adults, TBfit specialises in supporting individuals who feel intimidated by gyms or lack confidence in their fitness journey, offering structured 1-to-1 sessions in a calm and private environment.

For young people, sessions provide a positive outlet for energy, frustration, and anger, using activities such as boxing drills, movement training, and sport to help them channel emotions in a healthy way, improve behaviour, and build confidence.

Rather than focusing purely on fitness, TBfit uses movement as a tool for personal development, helping clients become stronger physically and mentally.

Sessions focus on:

Building confidence and self-belief
Developing discipline and positive habits
Improving fitness and movement
Teaching healthy emotional control
Creating a safe space for young people to release frustration through structured activity
