Our camps are designed for fun, high energy movement where kids can make new friends and stay active. Structured activities keep them engaged while letting the enjoy themselves to the fullest

About Tbfit

TBfit was created to help people build confidence, discipline, and a stronger mindset through movement.

 
My approach is simple movement is more than just fitness. When people begin to move more, challenge themselves, and stay consistent, confidence naturally starts to grow. Sessions focus on building that confidence in a supportive environment where individuals can improve their fitness, develop better habits, and feel more comfortable pushing themselves.
 
During the day, I work in an alternative provision supporting young people who need extra guidance, structure, and positive influence. This experience has given me a deeper understanding of how movement, discipline, and encouragement can help young people manage emotions, release frustration, and develop confidence in themselves.
 
TBfit sessions are designed to create a positive space where individuals can improve physically while also developing stronger self-belief and control over their emotions.
 
Whether the goal is to improve fitness, build confidence, or develop better discipline, the focus is always the same — helping people move forward and become stronger both physically and mentally.
